Requirements:
- Education Background: forestry, ecology, economy, surveying, geography and similar
- Min. 10 years working experience after graduation, preferably in technical assistance projects
- Proven institutional and capacity building experience
- Excellent command in French and/or English and/or Spanish
- Good reporting and communication skills
- Experience in Climate Change Policy framework and natural resources management instruments, such as REDD is an advantage
- Please specify regional experience, availability and tasks/positions held in previous assignments
