Landsat

The Landsat satellites offer an unparalleled mix of quality and continuity. Landsat MSS and TM images have the advantage of being acquired worldwide and offering more than 16 years of continuous acquisitions of multi-spectral data.
Only Landsat can provide 6 bands of multi-spectral data in the visible and infrared portion of the spectrum.
The arrival of Landsat 7 has provided a 15 meter panchromatic band co-registered to the multispectral data that is not only useful in its own right but can be used to add crispness and detail to the multispectral data.
The resolution of TM images (30 meter) provides a sufficient level of detail for a vast range of applications yet maintains a sufficiently large scene with a side length of 180 km.

GAF can offer System Terrain Corrected (STC) / Ground Terrain Corrected Enhanced (GTCE) images.

  • These STC and GTCE images are geometrically and radiometrically corrected with better geometric quality
  • Average relative accuracy of 50m RMS or better. Data output in FASTL7A or GeoTIFF formats
