GAF AG is constituted as a stock company registered at the commercial register of the Munich District Court (HRB 140509). Under German stock corporation law, operative management and supervisory functions are strictly separated.
GAF’s shares are not publicly traded and are held by e-GEOS S.p.A., Matera, Italy, a company 80 % controlled by Telespazio S.p.A. with 20 % participation by the Italian Space Agency (ASI). Telespazio is a joint Leonardo S.p.A. (67 %) and Thales S.A. (33 %) company.
